It is flexibility not pay that counts

A recent review of the top 50 employers in Canada, again reflects European trends with pay being significant but not the final word in employee involvement. According the study of over 100,000 employees it is flexibility that counts most. Perhaps it is counter-intuitive but staff who have other interests outside work are generally happier and more productive than those typical workaholics with no outside passions. So the tip is employ passionate staff with a range of interests and be flexible enough for staff to play as well as work for you. More here.
