Are you manager enough to engage your staff?

No surprise - more research confirms that staff who see their direct manager as effective are more satisfied with their job. By effective staff cite respect; fairness; good two-way communication (i.e. being able to listen as well as say); detailing clear expectations; and giving feedback.
