A suggestion so simple why aren’t’ you doing it?
Who are the right people to identify problems in your organisation and propose solutions? Of course it is your staff. They work with these issues every day and think about how they can be solved. So why don’t you have a structured suggestion scheme with appropriate rewards and recognition? No I don’t know why you don't either. See a great example from the University of Kentucky. More here
