Forcing your staff to ‘believe’?

You probably have the message by now. Employee involvement is good for you, your staff and your organisation. As Nicholas Ind of the Independent says “When employees love what they do, they expend extra effort, give up their spare time, take responsibility for the company and promote it to people they meet.”
So how can you get your staff to love their work? How about treating them like real people (do you even know what they are passionate about); treating them like equals; and treating them to some fun or entertainment in their working careers. More here
